At Machines, we stand by the precision and quality of our hardware. If your device doesn't meet your technical requirements, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your customer portal and select the order containing the device you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Secure the electronics in their original anti-static packaging and factory box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location for secure transit to our diagnostics facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will perform a hardware verification check within 48 hours of receipt; once cleared, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
